Taylor is trying to be a SMART ARSE, he is fully aware of the lawyers allegations against senior Dorset police officers. In fact he knows very well that all the allegations have been extensivly vented in previous correspondance with the former charman of the police authority Peter Jones, who obstructed the course of justice and obstructed powers granted by statute by refusing to have these serious allegations investigated by an outside force. The Clerk to the Police Authority Peter Harvey, a supposedly qualified lawyer, sent a letter to Mr Coulter providing the evidence that Taylor and other members of the Police Authority are ignoring the lawyers criminal allegations, and are obstructing the course of justice, and obstructing statue law in having these allegations investigated properly by an independant outside police force.
Furthermore Mr Harvey is provoking Mr Coulter to start civil proceedings against the police authority, where they will use Rate Payers Money to defend the actions that they have enticed.
