Former Chair of Dorset Police Authority Mr Jones first had criminal offences commited by senior police officers reported to him on September 15th 2001, they have been ignored until Mr Coulters lawyers reported official criminal allegations to him and the police authority on 17th April 2002. Jones & other members of the police authority have decided that they can completly ignore official criminal allegations made by London Lawyers. They also think that they can ignore statute law in the way Jones & the police authority are supposed to have these allegations investigated by an outside police force. So far they have still not been officially dealt with. There must be a complaints procedure setting out the time span for responding to letters & complaints, however Dorset Police will not even give a copy of this when one is requested. It is said that Mr Jones along with other members of the Police Authority, rely to heavily on Peter Harvey THE CLERK, to DEAL with complaints, including Criminal Allegations of Misconduct leveled against Mr Harvey. Furthermore it is said that Jones signed letters written by Peter Harvey, in relation to criminal allegations. This finally lead to Jones Resigning as Chair to the Poilce Authority.
