Note that K H Barnes (1037 Portland, 3366
Dorset First Principals and 8099 Vespian Branksome) was until recently
Dorset's Provincial Grand Master. He was Chairman of Dorset Magistrates
Committee for many years, until somebody else finally took over as
Chairman in May 2003. Barnes was closely connected with Dorset County
Council, a
Dorset educational establishment and
Information Technology.

a Mason. In Dorset it is as high as one in six. This does not
take into account the Female magistrates who are the wives of
