We note that the county solicitor David Jenkins who was in charge of the Legal Department in 1995, has now been promoted to Chief Executive, when the crook Peter Harvey vacated this position to remain as Clerk to the Police Authority and keep the lid on all the other Police and Council Misconduct. Jenkins had another solicitor working with him Mike Davis, who was married to the Deputy Chief Constable of Dorset Sue Davis. This site shows the picture emerging of the incestuous nature of the Dorset Authorities, and mutual backscratching. Davis died of a heart attack at the wheel of his car in 1996/7 when Mr Coulters solicitors served a writ on Chief Constable Aldous for facillitating the theft of his jeep, that Davis had actually advised them to do. Now Jenkins and others in the councils legal department are defend Dorset Police at the rate payers expence, and are still keeping the lid on the can of worms.
